This is our Director and Earthmover specialist Colin, some years ago, with the last of the Kress carriers at Ravenscraig steelworks.

PROJECTS.

Below is a brief summary of some of the recent projects we've been involved with.

FORTH ROAD CROSSING BRIDGE.
Forth Road Bridge, Queensferry Crossing

Scotland's biggest transport infrastructure project in a generation to construct a new bridge - the Queensferry Crossing - and upgrade the connecting road network on both sides of the Firth of Forth.

We were responsible for the tyre maintenance of Wheeled Excavators, Dumpers, Loading Shovels and various plant.

ATHLETES VILLAGE.
Athletes Village, Glasgow East End

A project initiated to create housing for the 8,000 athletes and officials of the 2014 Commonwealth, and thereafter to convert into social housing. We were responsible for the tyre maintenance of all Wheeled Excavators, Dumpers, Forklifts, Vans and various small plant.

M74 INTERLINK.
M74 extension, Fullarton Road to M8 City Centre

Extending the M74 motorway from the Fullerton junction near Carmyle to the M8 near Glasgow city centre.
We were responsible for the tyre maintenance of all Dump Trucks, Dumpers, Trailers, Lorries and various small plant.

WHITELEE WINDFARM.

Whitelee Windfarm, Eaglesham.

The UK's largest onshore windfarm housing 215 turbines.
We were responsible for the tyre management of over 20 Dump Trucks and various small plant across the vast site.

GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE.

Our site services extend across the central Scotland region. We travel as far north as Perth and Inveraray, and south towards Galashiels and Ayr.

FLEET/PLANT TYRE MANAGEMENT.

We manage the fleet/plant of various clients. We have customers in the house building industry, construction, plant hire, haulage, landfill, quarrying, road building ect.
Our role can be tailored towards your operational requirements, beginning with on-site tyre repair services through to the complete tyre management of your fleet/plant. We can advise on tyre suitability (in respect of working conditions) and we can recommend proven new tyres (premium, intermediary or budget brands).
Additionally we can provide tyre reports with photographic evidence to enable accurate decision making based on our recommendations.
